Synopsis

It’s Rome in August; the city is emptying. Between those who leave and those who stay, there are also those who neither leave nor stay, like Nina, a girl who has just attained her university degree and must now stay in Rome to prepare for an exam in September, before moving to China where she plans to start a new life. A girl who sees reality and transforms it into a world of the imagination, possessed of a fantastic geography, made of small and simple things, of sweat, ideograms, determination and indeterminateness.
